Tranmere story
Marc James Peter Laird is a Scottish footballer born on January 23, 1986. He plays as a midfielder for Lowland League club Civil Service Strollers. Laird started his career with Manchester City in 2004 but did not feature in a first-team game. He had loan spells at Northampton Town and Port Vale before signing with Millwall in 2008. Laird later joined Tranmere Rovers, where he made significant contributions to the team. Currently, he is with Civil Service Strollers FC.
