Steve Jennings


Steve Jennings is a retired English footballer who began his career in the Tranmere Rovers youth development system before moving on to play professionally. He was a key part of the Rovers youth team that reached the FA Youth Cup semi-finals in 2003. Jennings made his first-team debut for Tranmere Rovers in October 2003 at the age of 18 and went on to score 10 goals in 167 appearances during his first spell with the club. He signed a three-and-a-half-year professional contract with Tranmere in October 2002. Jennings later joined other clubs like Motherwell and Coventry City before returning to Tranmere for a second spell. He eventually retired from professional football on January 2, 2020.
