Adnan Farooq Ahmed is a former professional footballer born on June 7, 1984. He played as a midfielder and represented the Pakistan national team during his career. Ahmed had an 11-year football career, including a successful stint with Tranmere Rovers from July 2007 to June 2009. During his time at Tranmere Rovers, Ahmed also had loan spells at Mansfield Town and Port Vale. He expressed eagerness to start a new phase of his career at Tranmere Rovers in a past interview.
