Alec Chamberlain, born on June 20, 1964, is an English former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He had a long and successful career, making a total of 788 league appearances over 25 years. Chamberlain spent the final 11 years of his career with Watford, where he made 247 appearances.

During his career, Chamberlain also played for various other clubs, including Tranmere Rovers, Luton Town, Chelsea, Sunderland, and Liverpool. He had loan spells at Chelsea and Liverpool and accumulated a total of 678 league appearances before retiring in 2007.
