Neil Danns

Neil Danns, born on November 23, 1982, is a former professional footballer who played as a midfielder and is currently serving as the assistant manager at Tranmere Rovers. He started his career as a trainee at Blackburn Rovers in 2000 and went on to play for various clubs including Colchester United, Birmingham City, Crystal Palace, Leicester City, Bolton Wanderers, and Bury. Danns transitioned into coaching and management after his playing career, becoming the player-manager at Macclesfield and then being appointed as the assistant manager at Tranmere Rovers. He played for Tranmere Rovers in the 2019-20 season and has since been actively involved in coaching and management roles within the club.
