Tom Conlon

Tom Conlon is an English central midfielder from Stoke-on-Trent who joined Tranmere Rovers on a six-month contract in the summer of 2026. He began his professional career with Peterborough United before moving to Stevenage, initially on loan, and later establishing himself at Port Vale.

Conlon spent five and a half years with Port Vale and was part of the side promoted from League Two in 2022 under Darrell Clarke. He joined Oldham Athletic in January 2024 and later helped the Latics return to the EFL before moving to Prenton Park.
