Tranmere story
Derek Mountfield is an English former centre-back who began his professional career with Tranmere Rovers before joining Everton in 1982. At Everton he won two league championships, the FA Cup and the European Cup Winners’ Cup. He later represented Aston Villa, Wolverhampton Wanderers, Carlisle United, Northampton Town and Walsall before moving into coaching and management.
