Tranmere story
Georges Santos is a French-born former Cape Verde international defender and midfielder who began his senior career with Toulon. He joined Tranmere Rovers in 1998 and later represented West Bromwich Albion, Sheffield United, Grimsby Town, Ipswich Town, Queens Park Rangers, Brighton & Hove Albion and several non-league clubs. After playing, he moved into football scouting.
